Overview
The legal landscape of medical marijuana is constantly changing. This webinar provided an update on the status of state and federal law regarding medical marijuana, discussed the current DOJ enforcement approach, and identified the regulatory trends that physicians and hospitals need to understand, whether they have patients using marijuana legally, or illegally.
Note: The first 10 minutes of this recording feature a brief discussion about new Guidance from the DOJ permitting waiver of False Claims Act Penalties for organizations that cooperate with a government investigation or that self-disclose issues.
