Program Description:

On June 27, 2022 Fredrikson & Byron’s Employment & Labor Group discussed the legal implications of prevention policies, procedures and training initiatives, employee surveillance measures, and best practices for responses to overt and subtle threats of violence by or against employees.

Guest speaker Chris Grollnek, Active Shooter Prevention Expert, shared his expertise on workplace violence and addressed what he describes as the three tenets of active shooter prevention—Prevention, Response and Options.
