Attorney Bret A. Dublinske joins other recent new attorneys in the firm’s Des Moines, Iowa office. Dublinske joins Fredrikson & Byron as an officer with a practice focused on the energy and telecommunications sectors. His clients include traditional power providers, wind energy producers, industrial electric customers, pipeline companies, competitive local exchange carriers, wireless service providers, cable companies, VoIP providers, internet service providers, communications backbone and wholesale services providers, telecommunications equipment providers, and other regulated and deregulated entities before state utilities commissions, state and federal courts, and state and local boards, commissions and councils.
