Attorney Emily S. Pontius joins Fredrikson & Byron’s Employment & Labor and Litigation Groups.

Pontius defends employers against allegations of sex discrimination, age discrimination, race discrimination, FMLA and ADA violations, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, and tortious interference.
