Attorney Laura Danielson Elected President of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers

ABIL is an invitation-only organization with 38 global law firm members employing more than 1,000 immigration law professionals. The 20 U.S. members are each managing partners of their respective law firms or practice groups and are recognized as experts in the immigration field. Each is listed on two or more of the world’s established ranking services for immigration lawyers.

As a member of ABIL, Danielson has been especially active in developing its global consortium of immigration practitioners in countries throughout the world.

Danielson is the chair of the Immigration Group at Fredrikson & Byron. She has been an immigration lawyer since 1989, is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and has taught immigration law at the University of Minnesota Law School. She is also co-author of “Immigration Law in a Nutshell” and co-editor of “Green Card Stories”. Danielson works with companies, investors, and other professionals in non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters with special concentration on arts, business and investor-based immigration. She also has expertise in family immigration, asylum and naturalization matters.
