Fredrikson & Byron Hires Two New Associates
Fredrikson & Byron announces the addition of two new associates to the firm. Dominick J. Grande joins the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Business & Tax Planning and Corporate Governance Groups, and Andrew P. Holm joins the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Governance Groups.
Grande works with business owners and entrepreneurs on business formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts, corporate governance and other general corporate needs. He has experience working on private equity transactions, multi-unit franchise acquisitions, dental and orthodontic practice acquisitions, private placements of equity and debt, as well as general contract review for a variety of businesses. Grande has also helped breweries raise money, negotiate and draft distribution agreements, structure employee compensation plans and navigate the state and federal regulatory environment.
Holm’s practice focuses on advising emerging and established companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Drawing on his prior experience as an in-house attorney, Holm also counsels companies on general corporate matters and assists clients in resolving any legal obstacles they may face. He has worked with clients in many industries, including tech companies, health insurers, medical device companies, banks and manufacturers.
