Fredrikson & Byron was named the 2017 Employer of the Year by International Right of Way Association (IRWA) North Star Chapter 20. The Employer of the Year award recognizes companies that actively support their employees as IRWA members. Recipients of the award have demonstrated strong employee support and commitment of the association through participation, financing, time allowance, facilities and service.

“We are honored to receive this award. Fredrikson is proud to support the IRWA and appreciates the role it has in furthering the right-of-way profession,” said Benjamin Tozer, an attorney in Fredrikson’s Condemnation & Eminent Domain Group who serves as the secretary of IRWA North Star Chapter 20. Tozer adds, “Being involved with the IRWA helps us know our clients better, and we value supporting educational organizations.”

IRWA Chapter 20 is the premier organization for right of way professionals throughout the State of Minnesota. Chapter 20 hosts bi-monthly meetings, educational courses and networking opportunities designed to provide their members with the tools and resources needed to become and remain leaders in the right of way profession.
