Fredrikson & Byron Announces Results of Board Elections
Fredrikson & Byron elected Leigh-Erin Irons and Todd A. Wind to the firm’s board of directors and re-elected John J. Erhart, John M. Koneck and Steven J. Quam. They join Clinton E. Cutler, Kevin P. Goodno, Ann M. Ladd and James H. Snelson who are currently serving board terms.
Koneck was re-elected president of Fredrikson & Byron and will continue to serve on the firm’s executive committee, along with Cutler and Ladd who were re-elected executive vice presidents by the board. Erhart was re-elected treasurer, and Wind was elected secretary. Goodno was elected chair of the board.
Laurie E. Hartman was elected to serve on the Fredrikson & Byron Foundation board of directors. James L. Baillie was re-elected to the foundation’s board and joins Gail F. Brandt, Dulce J. Foster and John R. Houston who are currently serving board terms.
