Attorney Lora Friedemann Appointed to Co-Chair Panel for Federal Magistrate Judge
Fredrikson & Byron shareholder Lora Friedemann has been appointed by Chief Judge John R. Tunheim to co-chair a Merit Selection Panel with the Honorable Arthur J. Boylan (retired). The panel will advise the court on the selection of a new United States Magistrate Judge to serve in the District of Minnesota.
Friedemann and Boylan will co-chair a 13-member panel appointed by the U.S. District Judges of the District of Minnesota to review applications and interview prospective candidates. The panel will recommend five candidates it deems best qualified for the position.
Friedemann is a trial lawyer focusing on intellectual property cases in federal courts.
