Fredrikson & Byron is acting as legal counsel to Brightstar Capital Partners, a private equity firm, in its agreement to acquire Novae Corp, one of the fastest-growing trailer manufacturers in North America, employing more than 1,100 across 15 facilities with an active dealer network of more than 500 partners.
