Conners assists clients in executing domestic and cross-border merger, acquisition, divestiture, joint venture and equity investment transactions. She helps clients understand and manage the legal risks associated with their strategic transactions. She also utilizes her in-house experience to bring clients business-minded and practical legal solutions. She represents private and public companies and private equity funds in all types of business transactions, focusing her practice in the areas of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. In connection with these activities, she also assists clients with commercial matters regarding supply, manufacturing, sales and distribution and related agreements. She works with companies in a variety of industries, with significant experience in the food, agriculture, life sciences and manufacturing industries. She has extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions, including Latin America. From June 2018 until August 2019, she served as internal M&A counsel for Cargill, Incorporated.
