Amanda M. Mills

Amanda is a devoted advocate who assists businesses with a variety of litigation-related matters.

Amanda Mills (formerly, Sicoli) is a Shareholder in Fredrikson’s Litigation department. She focuses her practice on criminal and civil regulatory matters and internal investigations, including matters involving allegations of white collar criminal violations, healthcare fraud, False Claims Act (FCA) violations, and other compliance infractions. In addition, Amanda works with her clients to navigate through a wide range of business disputes, including complex commercial litigation, real estate issues, and landlord-tenant related matters. She supports clients throughout all stages of their involvement in these matters and provides guidance to help her clients accomplish their goals as efficiently as possible. Amanda’s courtroom experience includes handling cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and federal and state district courts throughout the country.

Amanda is a dedicated volunteer and is consistently recognized as a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association for her work on numerous pro bono cases. She also volunteers with the VLN Housing Court Project and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Edina Morningside Preschool. Amanda Co-Chairs the Digital Communications Committee of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

Amanda previously served as a clerk for the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. In this role, she researched and drafted legal opinions, managed criminal and civil dockets, and assisted Judge Schiltz with in-court proceedings.
