Overview
Breann is a paralegal in our real estate and energy practice groups.
Breann works collaboratively with our legal teams and clients to draft, prepare, record or file legal documents in the environmental, land use, regulatory, construction and real estate practice areas. She assists clients with large scale real estate acquisitions, closings, financing and due diligence projects that involve title and survey reviews and title policy negotiation and issuance. Breann routinely works with our renewable energy clients in all phases of their projects—from real estate leases and easements to the initial application submittal through post-construction compliance filings. She has over 15 years combined paralegal and legal administrative assistant experience focusing on regulatory, energy and real estate transactions.
