Overview

Bridget’s practice focuses on regulatory and energy law matters, as well as condemnation and eminent domain.

Bridget is part of a team advising utilities, independent power producers and transmission companies, and pipeline companies on siting, routing, permitting and other regulatory matters before the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission and other federal, state, and local agencies.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Bridget worked for the University of St. Thomas Legal Services Clinic as an appellate clinic certified student attorney on a winning case in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also served as a law clerk for a leading North American energy delivery company where she gained insight into the legal challenges facing large energy companies.
