Overview
Cydney assists immigration attorneys with the writing aspects of cases, particularly petitions on behalf of foreign individuals of extraordinary talent, and for individuals whose work is in the national interest.
Cydney specializes in the drafting, editing and revision of materials for Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visa petitions. Her work centers primarily around the creation and revision of prototype/expert letters, employer/sponsor letters, USCIS cover letters and responses to Requests for Evidence.
