Debbie assists corporate and business clients with a variety of matters, including business combination, the formation of new entities, corporate governance and social enterprise.
Debbie is the co-chair of the American Bar Association’s CSR Subcommittee on implementation of the ABA Model Principles on Labor Trafficking and Child Labor. She served on the Minnesota State Bar Association’s drafting committee for the Minnesota Public Benefit Corporation statute, 304A, which became law in 2014.
She interned with Chief Judge Matthew E. Johnson while attending University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Before attending law school, Debbie was a director of the non-profit Freedom Firm in India that works to rescue victims of sex-trafficking. She received her bachelor of law from the University College of Dublin, Ireland.
