Overview
Jennifer is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation.
Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience representing companies. She has litigated cases involving product liability, personal injury, medical devices, premises liability, commercial litigation, construction law, property damage, toxic torts, and warranty disputes. Jennifer’s experience ranges from pre-suit investigation to trial and appeal and includes a wide range of discovery matters. She has tried cases in state and federal court. Jennifer is also experienced in analyzing attorney ethics rules.
Before joining Fredrikson, Jennifer worked for a year and a half as a Senior Assistant Director at the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
