She is detail-oriented, exhibits professionalism and thoughtfulness with communication and client service and has excellent writing skills with legal documents. Joann’s real estate responsibilities include commercial and agricultural property sale and purchase deals, construction draws, title research, preparation of seller and buyer documents and checklists, trust accounting and coordination of closings.
She also prepares probate documents and submits eFilings, in addition to gathering estate asset information and completing related real estate transfers. Joann also maintains several trustee check registers and organizes annual accountings.
