Jonathan provides effective and efficient legal representation to clients in a wide range of business disputes.
Jonathan has litigated on behalf of individuals and entities in cases involving breach of contract, commercial law, minority shareholder disputes, trusts and estates litigation, defamation, and medical professional licensing issues. Jonathan also focuses on post-judgment collection. Jonathan has practiced in state and federal court, administrative proceedings, arbitrations and appellate courts.
Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron as an associate in the Litigation Group, Jonathan graduated from Hamline University School of Law and served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Tracy M. Smith and the Honorable John P. Smith at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
