Jordan focuses on providing high quality, cost-efficient advice to clients in private equity and strategic mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate governance matters.
Jordan’s mergers and acquisitions practice focuses on strategic and private equity transactions where he assists clients with both buy and sell-side transactions. His goal is to provide practical services by working with clients to better understand their business needs. Jordan often coordinates the due diligence review process, drafts and negotiates definitive and ancillary agreements, and works in concert with subject matter experts, local and international counsel to ensure that the deal is taken from letter of intent to closing in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Additionally, Jordan has experience representing underwriters and borrowers in multifamily and tax-exempt bond finance transactions. He assists multifamily housing owners and borrowers in connection with acquisition financing and refinancing transactions with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD. He has also worked with clients on various tax-exempt bond and municipal bond financing transactions, including for educational institutions, health care organizations and multifamily housing developments.
