Lukas represents clients in employment, labor and business litigation. He has represented employers facing discrimination charges and complaints, wage and hour claims, class action lawsuits, wrongful termination suits, noncompete matters and trade secret violations.
Lukas gained experience working with Fredrikson & Byron as a summer associate. He earned his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he was a legal extern for the Minnesota ACLU. He was also an editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, during which he organized an event for the legal community on the challenges facing at-risk children of Minnesota. While attending law school, Lukas worked full-time in education advocacy and policy to improve education laws around the country.
