Marguerite J. Ahmann

Marguerite assists health care clients with regulatory compliance and transactional matters.

Marguerite is a health care attorney whose practice focuses on regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters. She assists her clients in navigating the complex nature of health care law and regularly advises on regulatory matters involving fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA and health privacy, and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement. Marguerite also advises health care clients in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic affiliations and partnerships.

In addition, Marguerite counsels health care clients on formation and governance matters, reviews and prepares employment agreements for health care professionals, assists provider entities with the implementation of compliance programs, advises on scope of practice matters, and assists in structuring telemedicine arrangements.

Her clients include hospitals, independent physician practices, ambulatory surgical centers, dental support organizations, practice management companies, home care providers and licensed health care professionals.
