Marie assists clients in a variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Marie attended the University of Michigan Law School where she worked as a student attorney for Michigan’s Entrepreneurship Clinic and Community and Economic Development Clinic. At these clinics, Marie represented technology startups and nonprofit organizations, counseling them regarding entity formation, the creation of governance agreements and intellectual property protections. Before law school, Marie worked as a marketing manager for a symphony orchestra.
