Mary advises health industry clients on compliance, investigations, procedures, privacy and commercial agreements.

Mary’s practice focuses on advising health care clients on regulatory compliance policies and procedures and defending against allegations of non-compliance, including fraud and abuse laws, the No Surprises Act, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues, government audits, the False Claims Act (FCA), professional licensing, and privacy issues. Mary also advises health care clients with mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Mary gained experience in both litigation and transactional matters, including representing health care providers and pharmacies in investigations conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration and other state and federal agencies.
