Pari assists health care clients on regulatory compliance and litigation matters including the federal antikickback and Stark laws, state fraud and abuse requirements, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement, licensure and HIPAA.
Pari’s clients encompass a wide variety of players in the healthcare field including hospitals, payors, clinics and licensed health care providers. She has developed expertise in health care law and policy through her work experience at a major hospital system, as a research assistant for a state health policy research center, and by earning a Master’s of Public Health in Public Health Administration and Policy.
Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Pari clerked for the Honorable James B. Loken on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Before law school, Pari worked in a research laboratory at the Minneapolis V.A. Medical Center.
