Overview

Roselin Victor is a multi-lingual Immigration paralegal who is passionate about human rights and improving the lives of people from marginalized communities.

Roselin is a 2022 graduate of the University of Minnesota with summa cum laude honors. Her undergraduate thesis, “Racialized Bodies – A Transoceanic and Multilingual Comparative Study of Minoritized Communities in South Asian and Spanish Speaking Countries” explores the intersections of caste within legal protections, public health and gender. Roselin has served as a legal clerk and as an Arvonne Fraser Fellow with Global Rights for Women and as a student with the Human Rights Program of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
