Overview

Sam’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring, creditors’ remedies, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

Sam represents businesses, commercial lenders and individuals in the areas of debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation. He works closely with clients to understand their specific financial and operating concerns and provides practical guidance on how to address critical issues.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Sam served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Texas.
