Tyler uses his legal experience to serve clients in the oil and gas industries in North Dakota.
Tyler’s practice focuses on a variety of matters related to oil and gas industries including preparing drilling title opinions, acquisition title opinions and division orders and corporate legal matters.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Tyler was a staff judge advocate for the United States Marine Corps where he advised senior military officials on legal and ethical issues involving several command elements. Tyler also served as a prosecutor for the Marine Corps and was appointed as a Specialist Assistant, U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.
