Overview
Alex represents clients in the oil and gas industry on a variety of large and small business energy related litigation matters.
Alex’s experience includes successfully trying civil jury trials to verdict in state and federal court and handling state and federal appeals. He works with clients to identify which matters are appropriate for alternative dispute resolution, disposition by motions practice, and, if necessary, trial.
Alex has litigated a wide variety of civil cases to conclusion in Montana and North Dakota. His experience also includes representing both insurers and insureds in coverage and bad faith litigation and litigating a broad range of construction, professional negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
