Dalton provides merger and acquisition support in strategic and private equity transactions to both buyers and sellers.
Dalton is a merger and acquisition attorney who represents clients navigating the legal and business crossroads. Dalton has worked both with private equity firms and directly with companies on a variety of strategic transactions. He has experience working with multiple private equity firms to close portfolio company add-on transactions, platform sales and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Dalton worked as an associate at a forensic accounting firm in the Twin Cities where he provided financial transaction support and compliance advisory services. Dalton uses this experience along with his experience from being seconded with a leading national middle market private equity fund to bring a practical business approach and perspective to his legal advice.
