Gil helps clients navigate mergers and acquisitions, series financing rounds, general corporate governance matters, executive compensation agreements and general commercial contracting. His goal is to always bring practical, business-first legal support to clients.
He has experience preparing and negotiating equity and asset purchase agreements, letters of intent, disclosure schedules, due diligence and closing checklists, corporate governance documents, executive compensation agreements, equity incentive packages and commercial contracts. His background also includes commercial real estate transactions, state and federal regulatory compliance, trademark prosecution and pro bono corporate governance and landlord-tenant matters.
Gil is licensed to practice in Virginia; Minnesota license is pending.
