Joann has more than 35 years of experience providing support for litigation matters.
Joann’s experience includes all phases of litigation, from the initiation of a case through discovery and trial or arbitration. Joann is particularly adept at developing the key facts of a case by identifying and analyzing potentially relevant documents (both electronic and hard-copy materials) and identifying and interviewing potential witnesses. Joann also has extensive knowledge and experience in implementing and managing computer technology and personnel support systems for complex or large volume document review cases. Joann is a senior paralegal in Fredrikson’s Litigation Group.
