Overview
Tammy is responsible for all aspects of Human Resource functions, including: recruitment and retention; compensation and benefits; policy development and administration; employee relations; performance management, include staffing, training and professional development; pay roll and personnel records management.
She works with her professional staff and firm leadership to align strategic human resource planning with the strategy and vision of the firm.
Tammy brings over 25 years of human resource experience. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron in 1998, she was the Manager of Labor Relations at North Memorial Health Care and held other progressive positions in human resources.
