Thomas L. Slaughter

Tom helps clients with corporate governance, securities, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, data security, intellectual property and other business matters. His industry experience includes data services, media and marketing, financial services, life science, manufacturing, and technology companies.
