Fredrikson & Byron’s Director of Public Relations Kelly Griffith Named 2019 Unsung Legal Hero
Fredrikson & Byron’s Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Kelly Griffith, was named a 2019 Unsung Legal Hero by Minnesota Lawyer magazine.
The Unsung Legal Heroes award honors law firm employees who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty, often behind the scenes. This award is reserved for the state’s most talented and dedicated legal support professionals from seven categories: legal administrative assistant, paralegal or judicial clerk, administrator or office manager, librarian, accounting staff, information technology and marketing.
Griffith has dedicated her career as a professional services marketer, for both organizations that support the legal industry as well as for law firms in the Twin Cities. She has been with Fredrikson & Byron for more than 13 years, providing support in the areas of business development, public relations and marketing. She individually coaches and advises attorneys on strategies to elevate their profile in the market and grow their practices, helping to make connections across practices, offices and industries so attorneys can best position their teams and provide exceptional service to clients. Griffith also manages Fredrikson’s media relations efforts, promoting people, strategic practices and business trends in the firm’s markets, and coaching individual attorneys to effectively deliver key messages to the right audiences.
