Please join us for an interactive discussion on the current legal and tax issues involved with conducting business in Canada. The first part of the program will focus on the legal issues critical for U.S. companies engaged in Canada, addressing the various ways in which American companies enter and thrive in the Canadian market. We will also address the corporate, labor, tax and administrative differences between the two countries. The second part of the program will target the tax pitfalls and opportunities of doing business in Canada and some of the private equity growth opportunities that have been occurring in Canada.
