On April 17, Fredrikson attorney Rick Ross presented a program addressing the structure and function of the National Labor Relations Act and how this can impact non-union employers. This program looked at how policies in non-union shops may violate the National Labor Relations Act, including policies on email communication, social media usage, confidentiality, non-fraternization or harassment, and access to company property.
