On November 1, Fredrikson’s Counsel for Women proudly presented The Wall Street Journal’s Joann S. Lublin and Sally J. Smith, President and CEO of Buffalo Wild Wings, as they discussed how to best support the development of more diverse corporate leadership. Fredrikson’s Mary S. Ranum and Sandra Smalley-Fleming moderated the discussion, which was part of our 2016 Opportunity to Lead series. The series provides opportunities for dialogue about the barriers keeping women from accessing positions of influence and aims to provide actionable steps to help create pathways to leadership for more women.
