Litigation Attorney Mattie Kim Joins Fredrikson

Attorney Mattie M. Kim has joined Fredrikson as a senior associate in its Litigation Group.

Kim has experience representing and advising corporate clients in various stages of litigation and dispute resolution for complex insurance claims and other business litigation matters. She helps corporate policyholders maximize insurance recovery by securing favorable policy language, navigating complex insurance claims and litigating high-stakes insurance coverage matters. Kim also represents corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation, including contracts disputes and product liability actions.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, she was a litigation associate at two global law firms.

Kim is passionate about her pro bono practice, where she regularly represents and advises low-income tenants in eviction cases and other housing matters.
