Overview
As a senior associate in Fredrikson’s Litigation Group, Mattie represents clients in a wide range of business disputes and insurance coverage matters.
Mattie has experience representing and advising corporate clients in various stages of litigation and dispute resolution for complex insurance claims and other business litigation matters. She helps corporate policyholders maximize insurance recovery by securing favorable policy language, navigating complex insurance claims and litigating high-stakes insurance coverage matters. Mattie also represents corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation, including contracts disputes and product liability actions.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, she was a litigation associate at two global law firms.
Mattie is passionate about her pro bono practice, where she regularly represents and advises low-income tenants in eviction cases and other housing matters.
