Liaqat represents private equity and strategic buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), carve-out transactions (including divestitures and sales), joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance matters, private placements in public equity (PIPEs, including SPACs), and complex corporate transactions, including bespoke investment arrangements.
Liaqat has closed transactions ranging from several millions to billions of dollars in enterprise value in diverse industries such as technology and software, financial services, food, manufacturing, oil & gas, health care and retail.
Liaqat helps clients achieve their business objectives efficiently and effectively throughout all stages of M&A transactions.
