Amy is committed to guiding clients through complex regulatory matters and transactions to accomplish goals and drive results.
Amy’s practice focuses on a deep understanding of federal and state regulatory landscapes, and the often complex interaction between the two. She has experience reviewing and interpreting federal and state regulations to advise clients on topics related to cannabis, medical devices, health care and insurance as they navigate highly regulated industries. Amy also has experience working closely with clients on strategic growth initiatives, including support for multimillion-dollar transactions. Amy has worked with hospital systems, physicians, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities, third-party administrators, and other health care entities.
