Carolina assists companies expanding into Mexico and provides legal advice in the start-up phase of their growth strategy.
As a Mexican lawyer, Carolina has substantial experience handling laws related to Mexico’s maquiladora/IMMEX industry and works with clients that have manufacturing operations in Mexico. She has particular expertise working with clients on preparing commercial contracts, corporate documents, preparing and registering/revoking powers of attorney, reviewing Mexican labor law and employee agreements and separations, and immigration matters.
