Chris is a certified Real Property Specialist and a Minnesota Super Lawyer. His practice focuses on the leasing, acquisition, development, construction and financing of commercial property. Chris is a results-driven lawyer who strives to find creative ways to resolve issues.

Chris regularly represents developers in the acquisition and leasing of office and retail developments. He has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating office and retail leases for national companies throughout the United States. Chris also works extensively with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group on real estate components of corporate transactions. Chris is a frequent lecturer at real estate seminars.
