Ian brings a unique blend of legal training and entrepreneurial experience, having operated his own construction business before entering the legal field. His practical approach, strong research and writing skills, and commitment to client service positions him as an asset to the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ian is also a Rule 114 qualified mediator in Minnesota.
