Jacob enjoys leveraging his business and legal knowledge to help business owners and entrepreneurs with real estate transactions, business formations, mergers & acquisitions and other corporate needs.
Jacob has experience serving corporate and individual clients involving a variety of transactional matters. He works with both publicly and privately held companies, particularly in the real estate, manufacturing, financial and healthcare sectors. Jacob strives to provide practical support to help business leaders accomplish their strategic goals.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Jacob worked at a large public accounting firm and a real estate development company. He holds an accountancy degree from the Carlson School of Management.
