Fredrikson announces the addition of 10 new attorneys to the firm’s Minneapolis Office, one attorney to the firm’s Des Moines office and one attorney to the firm’s Fargo office.

Claire E. Beyer is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Employment & Labor Group. Beyer assists businesses with their employment-related litigation and compliance matters. She takes a holistic approach to client service and strives for outcomes that are favorable to her clients’ legal and business objectives.

Andrea S. Boeckers is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Boeckers assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate matters. She is committed to understanding her clients’ business needs and fostering long-term client relationships.

Eric D. Buss is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Patents Groups. Buss works closely with clients to prepare and prosecute patent applications and help develop their patent portfolio and strategies to maximize their intellectual property protection. He relies on his technical background to work directly with inventors to understand their invention and draft patent applications to thoroughly protect their intellectual property.

Eve P. Durand is an associate in the Des Moines office and a member of the Patents Group. Durand guides clients through protecting their most valuable intellectual property assets. She has experience navigating global patent portfolios encompassing a variety of technologies. Durand’s engineering background and business-focused approach allows her to understand emerging technologies and inventions, as well as counsel clients to safeguard their intellectual property.

L. Adam Mowder is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mowder assists clients with business combinations and strategy, as well as general corporate matters. He provides his clients with clear and candid legal advice that helps them thrive. He strives to understand his clients’ objectives to offer them a range of effective options.

David J.T. Salmon is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. Salmon represents private equity funds, venture funds and other financial buyers in mergers and acquisitions matters including platform, add-on and tuck-in acquisitions, as well as divestitures and sales. He also assists corporate clients with general corporate needs and governance matters.

Tarun Sharma is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Sports & Entertainment Groups. As part of the Mergers & Acquisitions group, Sharma represents public and private companies in many types of business transactions. His experience includes being part of the Business Law Clinic and founding the Sports & Name, Image and Likeness Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School, which he teaches alongside Fredrikson & Byron Shareholder Christopher Pham.

Noah J. Stommel is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Stommel assists clients with both investment-focused and strategic mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. He has significant experience in the global automotive aftermarket and franchise systems in the United States, including FTC franchise disclosure filings and compliance issues.

Jacob T. Strinden is an associate in the Fargo office and a member of the Corporate & Securities, Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Strinden enjoys leveraging his business and legal knowledge to help business owners and entrepreneurs with real estate transactions, business formations, mergers & acquisitions and other corporate needs. He works with both publicly- and privately-held companies and strives to provide practical support to help business leaders accomplish their strategic goals.

Sarah Theisen is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Litigation Group. Theisen confidently supports clients through trial and business solutions when issues arise. Her practice focuses on general business litigation and a wide variety of business disputes. Before joining Fredrikson, Theisen served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter M. Reyes, Jr. of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Brooke C. Trottier is an attorney in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Immigration Group. Trottier works with employers, individuals and families to find innovative legal solutions for a variety of immigration matters. During her time at the University of St. Thomas Law School, Brooke served as a Law Student Practitioner in the Immigration Law Practice Group. She assisted clients with green card renewal applications, naturalization applications and employment authorization.

Schuyler G. Troy is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation and Litigation Groups. Troy counsels clients regarding complex intellectual property litigation matters and offers practical advice to help clients successfully protect their intellectual property assets. As an IP litigation attorney, Troy represents clients in patent, copyright, trademark and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.
