As Fredrikson’s newest location, the Eastern Iowa Office strengthens the firm’s presence in the region. Our attorneys in this office offer comprehensive legal counsel to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and organizations at all stages of growth and industry. Their experience spans corporate and transactional law, including business formation, finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, contracts and corporate governance. They have significant experience working with founders of Start Up & Rapid Growth Enterprises (SURGE). They also advise on a broad range of federal and state tax matters, such as business transactions, employee benefits, deferred compensation and estate and succession planning. Taking a practical, collaborative and business-minded approach, the attorneys develop tailored, tax-efficient solutions that support both near-term objectives and long-term success.
Our attorneys are involved in a variety of Iowa organizations and associations including Greater Iowa City, Inc., Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative, Inc. Directions
Take I-80 to Exit 242 (1st Avenue/Hayden Fry Way) in Coralville and head south on 1st Avenue/Haden Fry Way toward Iowa River Landing. Turn left (east) on E. 9th Street and the building is located on the south side of the street at 200 E. 9th Street. Enter the building through the E. 9th Street entrance (the same entrance used for the Antique Car Museum) located next to the Iowa Athletic Club. Take the elevator or stairs to the fourth floor and take the hallway to the left to Suite 305.
Parking
Visitor parking is available on both sides of E. 9th Street in front of the office building, and is subject to a two-hour limit between 6 a.m.-6:30 p.m. daily.
