Assisting clients throughout every stage of commercial real estate transactions, Luke’s work includes preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents, as well as conducting title and survey reviews and researching land use, zoning, and permitting issues.
Drawing from over a decade of experience in legal technology and operations, Luke brings an informed, systems-oriented mindset to transactional real estate work. He approaches each matter with practicality and attention to detail, helping clients move deals forward efficiently.
