Overview
Marcjanna works closely with attorneys to prepare a variety of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions on behalf of employers and foreign nationals including H-2B, I-129, I-485 and N-400 applications.
Marcjanna had previously studied abroad for a year at Heidelberg University in Germany where she studied immigration policy and the German language. Her strengths are being detail-oriented, organized and striving to provide excellent customer service. She holds interest in pro-bono work due to her previous experience working at a non-profit, the International Institute of Minnesota (IIMN), as a Legal Services Navigator. At IIMN she helped new immigrants file naturalization applications as well as apply for fee waivers for the application if they qualified. Marcjanna is excited to represent Fredrikson and deepen her knowledge of Immigration Law.
